Join us for the American Urogynecologic Society's annual course, Urogynecology for the Advanced Practice Provider exclusively tailored for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers in urogynecology. Companies interested in supporting this program and engaging with attendees can choose from a variety of supporter levels.
 

Gold Supporter - $15,000 (3 available)

A Supporter will receive the following benefits:

  • Tabletop booth which includes a 6’ skirted table and two chairs.
  • Presence in the meeting app/platform. You will receive a dedicated page for your company profile which includes logo, description, contact information, and a resources section to upload brochures and videos.
  • Roundtable Discussion- in-person – Select a topic of interest and appoint a key opinion leader to lead a live, 45-minute small group discussion on Saturday, April 26 8:00-9:00am during breakfast.
  • Registration for (4) company representatives to attend the in-person meeting (additional registration $295 each)
  • Recognition on appropriate materials and meeting website, as well as acknowledgement from the program chairs during the meeting.
  • Attendee roster of individuals that opt in name, affiliation, city, state only provided 1 month before the meeting and 1 week post meeting.
  • One promotional insert to be included in the attendee registration materials.
  • Advertisement with link on company page within the meeting app/platform.

Industry Expert Theater Presentation

This additional opportunity is only available to meeting supporters.

  • Select an educational topic to share with attendees and invite key opinion leaders to serve as faculty for this 30-minute session (includes 1 dedicated promotional email sent by AUGS)
  • Available to in-person attendees only and are not approved for ACCME credit
  • AUGS provides standard AV equipment and the meal for attendees
 

Silver Supporter - $6,000 (15 available)

A Silver Supporter will receive the following benefits:

Additional Opportunities

These are available to companies contributing at either the Gold or Silver levels.

Workshop Supporter - $5,000 (invitation only based on the program needs)

  • Limited availability for meeting supporters only
  • Workshop content and faculty are selected by the program planning committee and approved for ACCME credit
  • In-Kind products or equipment may be requested for hands-on workshops

Attendee Reception Supporter - $5,000 (Exclusive)

  • Recognition at the attendee reception Thursday, April 24 and in the meeting app (note the reception will take place in foyer space with all supporter tables)
  • Opportunity to provide handout or giveaway or other branding items at the reception (provided by supporter)
  • Includes 1 promotional email sent by AUGS

Attendee Email Blast - $750

AUGS will send an email blast with company-provided HTML to all course attendees in advance of or post-meeting. The email blast will be scheduled in alignment with other meeting promotions and confirmed by the AUGS team. AUGS reserves the right to approve all content prior to distribution. AUGS will provide analytics one week after the email distribution.
